Deltio
Editorial design and production coordination for a quarterly institutional publication with long-form content, strict print schedules and a public archive.
Overview
Deltio was not a single editorial layout. It was a quarterly production rhythm for the Hellenic Bank Association: dense institutional content, long issue structures, cover direction, corrections, prepress and print delivery, repeated under deadline.
The archive makes the scale visible. From Q4 2004 to Q4 2007, the public PDF record contains 13 consecutive issues and 1,427 pages, with an average of roughly 110 pages per issue. That is where the project becomes more than design surface: it required a system that could stay clear, consistent and printable across hundreds of pages.
Strict print timelines mattered. A delay was not just a design problem; it could affect postal distribution and mailing costs. The work therefore had to hold together across layout, text handling, image placement, proofing and final production.

Most of the cover photography was shot by me, then carried into a repeatable editorial system for quarterly print production.
